  • Refunds will be issued as per our refund policy, available on the platform.

  • ONSIC.ca is not responsible for payment disputes between users and teachers.

6. Termination and Suspension

  • We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

  • Users may delete their accounts at any time.

  • Termination does not entitle users to a refund unless stated otherwise.

  • We collect and store user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
